About our product sizes

Q. How are our items measured?
A. All of our items are measured placed laying flat, so we are measuring the front width. We try our best to measure as accurately as possible, but minor errors may occur with some items due to product material characteristics.

Q. What size options do you have? 
A. All of our items are designed free size / one size fits all. Please kindly check the measurements on the product page and compare them with items of your own. 

About product delivery

Q. How long does it take from order to delivery? What is the shipping method? 
A. We deliver within 2 to 7 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays.
Orders within Japan will be via trackable YuPack delivery which takes around 1-2 days once sent. We will send you your unique YuPack tracking code to your email.
International orders are via trackable EMS international delivery and will take approximately 2 to 7 days depending on your location. We will send you your unique EMS tracking code to your email.   


Q. Which destinations do you deliver to? 
A. We deliver globally. International orders will be sent via trackable EMS international delivery.  

Returns & exchanges policy

Q. What are the returns and exchanges policy? 

A. We accept returns and exchanges of merchandise for defective products. Returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted under the terms of use.
If you notice a defect in our product, please contact us immediately via email at: info@imcoltd.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
