商品のサイズ・測り方について

表記しているサイズは、全アイテム平置きで採寸した数値を記載しています。
可能な限り正確に計測しておりますが、商品特性により若干の誤差が生じてしまうことをご了承ください。

商品は全てワンサイズ（フリーサイズ）になります。商品ページの寸法を目安にお持ちの商品と照らし合わせの上、ご確認ください。

注文から到着までの日数について

ご注文日より2～7営業日を目安に追跡付きのゆうパックにて発送致します。在庫状況や注文状況により、お時間を頂く場合がありますのでご了承ください。土日祝日を挟む場合は翌営業日の発送となります。海外への発送の場合は追跡付きのEMSになります。

About our product size and size options

All of our items are measured placed laying flat, so we measure the front width only. All of our items are designed free size / one size fits all. Please kindly check the measurements on the product page and compare them with items of your own.

Delivery timeline and method

We deliver within 2 to 7 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays. Orders within Japan will be via trackable YuPack delivery which takes around 1-2 days. We will send you your unique YuPack tracking code to your email. International orders are sent via trackable EMS international delivery and will take approximately 2 to 7 days depending on your location. We will send you your unique EMS tracking code to your email.   

Which destinations do you deliver to? 

We deliver internationally as well as domestically within Japan.  　

What are the returns and exchanges policy? 

We accept returns and exchange of merchandise for defective products. Returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted. If you notice a defect in our product, please contact us immediately at (email: info@imcoltd.com) within 5 days of receiving the product. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
